Donald G. Kriksciun was born on Aug.25 1941, in New Milford Hospital to the lats Gvolbert Kriksciun and Dorthy McGraw . He passed away at home after a brief illness.
He is survived by his wife Mabel of 47 years, his brother Jim, a sister Lisa, his daughter Pauline, a niece and nephew, several cousins and many grandchildren. In addition to his parents Don was predeceased by his brothers Lance and Jay, and his daughter Melissa.
Worked at New Preston Cemetery for over 40 years became sexton of the cemetery until retirement and he was proud to take special care of it . Loved his music, a good whiskey and beer with friends. Donald was an avid hunter. He will be missed by all. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
