Raymond Joseph (“Joe”) Kelley, Jr., 50, of New Milford, passed away at Danbury Hospital on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, following a prolonged illness.
Joe was born in Norwalk Hospital on December 8, 1964, and spent his childhood in New Canaan, CT, and later in Sherman, CT.
He graduated from Sherman School, New Milford High School, and received his Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from The Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He spent many summers on Candlewood Lake and loved fishing, waterskiing and boating with friends and family. For the past decade he was the owner of Fairfield County Modular Homes and built several homes in Fairfield County.
Joe is survived by his two sons, Spencer and Hunter Kelley of Sherman, CT, sister Kate Frey and her husband Ned of Sherman, niece Julia Frey of Sherman, parents Polly and Ray Kelley of Sherman, and many other relatives, friends and loved ones who will sorely miss him.

A memorial service and luncheon will be held at the Holy Trinity Church, Sherman CT, on Saturday, January 2, 2016, at 11 am.
